Encaustic Painting Workshop, 9am-5pm, Cheryl Laube, Encaustic Artist, will instruct the class. You will experience the art of encaustic painting and learn how to make your own paints. Space is limited to 10 students. There are six spots left as of 7/22, so reserve your spot today. Registration fee: $100, payable to Cheryl Laube. Napa Valley Art Association Monthly Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month except July, August and December. Location is the Art Association Building at 1520 Behrens Street in Napa. A guest artist will present a subject of interest and association business will be conducted. All are welcome with a small $5 fee for non-members. For more information, contact Sherrell Harper.
Napa Art Glass Society Monthly Meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 1520 Behrens Street, Napa. Meeting time is 12 pm - 2 pm. Future meeting dates are June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17 november 21 and the December 19 Holiday Party and art exchange. For info, contact M. Classes
Please note that Napa Valley College Community Education has moved its classes out of the Napa Valley Art Association building on Behrens Street. The new location is the Community Education Center at 1360 Menlo Avenue.
Additional classes outside Napa are available in St. Helena at the Upper Valley Campus and the Rianda House, and also in Calistoga at the Calistoga Art Center.
